Denki is building the full-stack AI financial audit platform for public companies. The platform automates the manual, evidence-heavy processes of financial audits — including evidence review, documentation, control testing, and regulatory compliance. The goal is to make audits run more like code, replacing manual spreadsheet-based processes with software automation. Founded in 2025 by brothers Felipe Jin Li (24) and David Jin Li (20). Felipe researched Explainable AI during his PhD at UCL, worked at McKinsey, and led product + mobile engineering at a GE-funded startup.
