It handles sales tax registration and filing, multi-state payroll tax registration, annual franchise tax filings, and year-end tax preparation. Founded in 2024 by Roman Zubenko (CEO) and Benjamin Paik. Zubenko was previously a Growth PM at Notion and a PM/engineer at Gusto where he led the launch of personal finance products. Paik spent 8 years at Gusto (introducing embedded payroll, launching international payroll, leading the payments team) before launching an FP&A product line at Brex. YC Fall 2024 batch.
